Overnight lodging may be required for any show with travel time of more than two hours, or for any show with a end time later than midnight. Some long distance travel shows will require two nights lodging.

Travel may consist of reimbursement for lodging, auto or air travel or, additional show time requests. Lodging and travel fees may be added to standard rate.
